ARTBLAST  corporate events, deliver a strong message about the importance of creating the bigger picture 

 Overview

ArtBlast  is an entertaining way of developing a positive ethos amongst colleagues.
Everyone loves it; the non-competitive one-team message is always a winner.
Plus, there's the fabulous painting at the end to take back to the office.

The individual groups reproduce a masterpiece painting.
Teams need to collect information, blue-prints and paints to achieve success.
The participants don't have to be artistic to join in, and there is something for everyone.
The final result can be quite breathtaking and teams are amazed at what they have achieved.

The Objectives

To be aware of the bigger picture rather than focusing on individual tasks
To build trust between people that work together
To demonstrate issues related to team dynamics, problem solving,
time management, organisation, and leadership under time constraints
To revitalise a one team philosophy
To demonstrate how teamwork gets better results than working alone
There is something in it for everyone!

The Result
At the end of the session the individual canvases joined together to create a bigger picture.
The end product is always brilliant, and teams are amazed by their achievements.
Most companies take their creations away to offices / staffrooms and canteens
 in their offices as a constant reminder of what they can achieve together.
